AURATON H-1

A window handle is equipped with transmitter, position sensor and temperature sensor.
A mounted handle sends an information, signaling a window position, to transmitters that can be connected to the heating unit, air-conditioners , anti-burglary system or fire protection system.
A handle can distinguish 4 window position: open, close, raised or unsealed (micro ventilation).


Basics features of a product

Pre-installed lithium battery
Auraton H-1  is equipped with  a highest quality  lithium battery produced by Swiss company(Switch Group). Such battery provides uninterrupted operation of T-1 controller up to 20 years.

Interference-free communication between  devices
A handle AURATON H-1 and receiver ( RTA, RTF, RTH) communicate  at a frequency of  868MHz, with a very short encoded transmissions(4ms) ensuring efficient and interference free operation.


Cooperation with a  heating  system
A handle AURATON H-1 paired with a receiver AURATON RTH ( connected to the heating unit) and  a controller AURATON T-1.
  • Window close or unsealed: a receiver AURATON RTH continues a temperature set from controller T-1.
  • Window raised: if the window is raised, the temperature set in AURATON RTH  decreases at 3°C.
    It will lasts in such position till  all the windows, that are paired  with AURATON  RTH will be closed or unsealed.
    Example: A controller T-1 is set on 21°C. We raise the window, paired with a handle H-1 or a window position sensor. RTH receiver will keep a temperature in a room  at 18°C.
  • Window open: when we open the window for more than 30 seconds, AURATON  RTH will turn off the heating device.  If the room temperature dropped below 7°C,  regardless of the window position, the heating device will turn on. It prevents a room from a total cooling.

Cooperation with an air conditioner system
Receiver  AURATON RTH ( connected to the air conditioning device) paired with window handle AURATON H-1.
  • Window closed or unsealed: air-conditioner system is ON.
  • Window raised or open: after receiving this signal, AURATON RTA will SWITCH OFF the air conditioning system.

Cooperation with anti-burglar system
Window handle AURATON H-1 paired with a receiver AURATON RTF(connected to the anti-burglar system).

A wireless window handle AURATON H-1  efficiently replaces  “reed relay”, that for a proper operation requires a wire connection with the anti- burglar system. The wireless operation and simple mounting of handles AURATON  H-1 , make that there is no need  to lead any visible  wiring. It does not reveal the presence of anti-burglar system.

Operation of AURATON  H-1:
  • Position of a handle “ window closed”: anti-burglar system is  OFF.
  • Different position than “closed”: a receiver AURATON RTA will switch the anti-burglar system ON.

Cooperation with fire protection system
A handle AURATON H-1  paired with a  receiver AURATON RTF(connected to the fire protection system).
  • Temperature sensor: a handle AURATON H-1 is equipped with a temperature sensor, that enables controlling of a environment temperature.
    If the sensor detect, that a temperature of an environment is over 57°C or is increasing more than 1°C per 10 seconds(over 30°C), the fire protection system will be switched ON.
